HEALTH CHECK PROGRAM

REMOTE ANNUAL SERVICE AND HEALTH CHECK

QuikProtect offer an annual remote system service and health check for all QuikProtect clients, this check is to ensure that your system is investigated on an annual basis to ensure it is operational and providing the correct information. This is an OPTIONAL program; a reminder of the program is sent 24 months from the date of activation.

WHAT DOES THE ANNUAL PROGRAM INVOLVE?

A minimum of one remote check per annum will be conducted by our team. We will remotely check the location, status and general function of your QuikProtect system. This involves contacting the device for a full diagnostic check to ensure it is operating within the correct parameters.

Should a fault be found a technician will be in contact to arrange an onsite inspection at NO COST TO YOU. This includes all labour that may be required to repair the solution*.

Upon a successful check your account will be loaded with 100 additional credits, an extended 12 months’ warranty on the hardware and a full system analysis will be provided!

WHAT WILL THE ANNUAL SERVICE AND HEALTH CHECK PROGRAM COST ME?

The annual service and health check is $49.00 inc GST.

IS THE ANNUAL SERVICE AND HEALTH CHECK PROGRAM MANDATORY?

No, this is an optional program that is offered to provide clients with extended warranty on their solutions and to provide peace of mind their solution is operational when they need it most.
